GET PRE-APPROVED
Before you look for a house, it is a mandatory that you speak with us and analyze your buying power. We will qualify you to the maximum loan amount and payment that is comfortable with your budget. We will never make an assumption and put you into a program that's not approved by you. We will provide you at least 3 detailed scenarios to compare monthly payments.
ASSIGN A REALTOR/BROKER
- If you are not working with any Realtors, we are more than happy to refer you to one of our agent's network. By using our Preferred Agents, You will qualify to receive an additional sales incentives up to $10,000 depending on sales price and commission.
FIND A HOME AND CLOSE
Once you found your home, we will complete the loan process, open escrow, order an appraisal ,submit to the underwriting, satisfy all the conditions and ready to close. Approx within 30 days.
